• We collect basic account information you provide and when you connect external sources or forward messages to your assigned email address, we receive the review-related content you choose to send into the platform. We also generate additional insight data—such as sentiment indicators or broad thematic groupings—to help you understand trends in your customer feedback. Finally, we collect limited technical and usage information required to operate, secure and improve the service.

We use the information you provide to deliver and maintain the service, support automated updates and notifications, enhance reliability and security, improve overall performance and meet our legal and compliance requirements

We don’t sell personal data. We use vetted processors solely to run the product. Typical processors include hosting, storage, email and AI inference.

We keep data for as long as your organization uses Rynith or as required by law. You can delete individual items (e.g., reviews you imported) or request account/org deletion at any time.

• Encryption in transit, role‑based access, and restricted production access.
• Secrets stored as environment variables and rotated when needed.
• Least‑privilege policies for internal tools and third‑party systems.

• Access, export or delete your data.
• Disconnect sources (Google/Yelp/Reddit/email alias) from Settings.
• Opt out of nonessential emails via footer links.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Analytics cookies may be used to understand product usage in aggregate. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

Rynith is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect children’s personal information.
