Rynith (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides a dashboard that helps businesses collect and analyze customer feedback. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- We collect basic account information you provide and when you connect external sources or forward messages to your assigned email address, we receive the review-related content you choose to send into the platform. We also generate additional insight data—such as sentiment indicators or broad thematic groupings—to help you understand trends in your customer feedback. Finally, we collect limited technical and usage information required to operate, secure and improve the service.
How we use your information
- We use the information you provide to deliver and maintain the service, support automated updates and notifications, enhance reliability and security, improve overall performance and meet our legal and compliance requirements
Retention
We keep data for as long as your organization uses Rynith or as required by law. You can delete individual items (e.g., reviews you imported) or request account/org deletion at any time.
Security
- Encryption in transit, role‑based access, and restricted production access.
- Secrets stored as environment variables and rotated when needed.
- Least‑privilege policies for internal tools and third‑party systems.
Your choices & rights
- Access, export or delete your data.
- Disconnect sources (Google/Yelp/Reddit/email alias) from Settings.
- Opt out of nonessential emails via footer links.
Children
Rynith is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect children’s personal information.
